We indeed like to
constantly improve and renew ourselves, as well as we
like to use seasonal ingredients. For this reason we continuously
experiment, either through ‘dishes of the day’ or through
your well-known 'OIN...ODIA', special
food and wine tasting events, which we organize every
now and then.
